Service Programs

CLEAN-OUT SERVICE is designed for insects which are seasonal and for the most part, non-aggressive. Silverfish, beetles, fly's, spider mites, some spiders, and millipedes. Clean out services are recommended twice a year-Spring and Fall.

MONTHLY SERVICE is designed for carpenter ants, slab ants, spiders, centipedes, roaches, and most insects that damage or bite and have a metamorphosis that requires a continuous barrier to give elimination or control of these insects. Most liquid pesticides do not give over 30 day residual.

BI-MONTHLY SERVICE This service is designed to control insects, with some elimination on others. Chemical barriers are only good for 30 days, but free call back is available if needed, This service is provided for pests that are non damaging and not aggressive to people.

QUARTERLY SERVICE This service is designed to control most non-aggressive insects and seasonal pests, such as wasps and ticks. Pesticides provide 30 day protection only, so free call back is provided if needed.

RODENT SERVICE This program is recommended for monthly service but can also be provided quarterly or seasonal, depending on rodent activity in the area.

FALL GUTTER CLEANING This service is a one time only service to prevent insects from living and breeding in your gutters. We clean and spray chemicals into your gutter. This service is set to be done in the late fall. When the last of the leaves have fallen from the trees.
